Cecil Matthews Recovering from Crash

Cecil Matthews is a  racing veteran and very fortunate to be alive...The 65-year-old from Redwood Valley was involved in a horrific crash earlier in the month at the Samoa Dragstrip... At a speed of over 200 mph, the chutes on his dragster failed to deploy causing him to wreck... As a result of the crash, Matthews suffered a concussion, two broken legs, a broken shoulder and ribs and bruises to his heart and lungs... Matthews remains at St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka recovering from his injuries... With all of the medical bills, Cecil and his family need the community's help...
