Hank has a degree in business from Bucknell University and a degree in art from Humboldt State University. He's been with the television station for over 30 years and, in addition to sales, has extensive production experience, having written, produced and voiced television commercials before taking over as General Sales Manager in 1986. He and his wife Cheryl have two children and live in Eureka.

Robin has been a part of KIEM News Channel 3 since 1995. Her experience and loyalty create an advantage for clients from both local and regional markets. Robin and her husband have twin daughters, and a son who lives with autism. This direct perspective makes her a natural advocate for Autism Awareness in our community. Originally from Southern California, Robin is proud to call Northern California home. Chris Danielson – Account Executive
Chris Danielson – Account ExecutiveChris grew up in San Diego and has lived in Eureka since 2005. He has a degree in Communication from California State University San Marcos. His ability to work with both the client and our production staff to develop a marketing campaign that is effective is his favorite part of the job. Working with the businesses on the North Coast has been a great experience for Chris; he enjoys finding new and creative ways to help businesses succeed with their advertising. Chris looks forward to meeting and working with many more clients and loves having a positive effect on the economy of the North Coast.
Bobbi Welch – Account Executive
Bobbi grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University. In 1999 she moved to the North Coast with her husband and two daughters. Free time is spent enjoying the many outdoor activities and beauty of nature that this area has to offer. Bobbi has over 20 years of experience in sales, which she likes to think of as 20 years of meeting and working with great people.

CREATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT
News Channel 3's Creative Services Department is responsible for all aspects of commercial production, promotion and public service. The department creates many of the local commercials seen throughout the day on News Channel 3, working directly with local business owners and other clients our staff writes and develops the messages that inform our viewers about these advertisers. The department also produces our "Spirit of the North Coast" public service spots which partner News Channel 3 wth local non-profits and charities to promote worthwhile causes and events.

Phil heads up News Channel 3's Creative Services Department. He holds a BA degree in English and a Master of Arts in Film Production, both from Humboldt State University. Phil started at KIEM in the summer of 1980 as a master control operator and has directed morning news shows and telethons. He has managed the department since 1983. Phil is an avid nature photographer and his images have appeared in many local publications, as well as regional and national calendars, postcards and posters.
Veronica Guzzardi - Assistant Production Manager
Veronica has been working in video production since college, with credit on a number of productions at UC Santa Barbara and HSU from 2000-2004. With a BA in Art and Graphic Design from Humboldt State University, Veronica brings her knowledge of design and color theory to her commercial production at News Channel 3 and also produces much of the print advertising for the station.
Amy Rooker - Producer/Director
Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis on Broadcasting from Humboldt State University. Recognized for Outstanding Contribution in Television Broadcasting by HSU Department of Journalism, Amy has worked in broadcasting as a master control operator, Lead Operator, production assistant, satellite coordinator, camera operator, CG/Audio controller, Producer/Director and copy writer. She is published in print journalism internationally with a focus on human rights reporting.
