HUMBOLDT COUNTY -- Darrell Slape will spend 7 years in state prison for the sexual battery charges against him. Slape is the former owner of the Eureka business, "Back In Action". He was found guilty in may for charges of sexual penetration, and sexual battery of two separate victims.
