DEL NORTE COUNTY, CA.-A trial date has been scheduled for
Fred Stockett, the Klamath resident who was arrested back in January on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a child.
Stockett will begin trial proceeding January 14th of next year.
Stockett continued to maintain his innocence when he appeared in Del Norte County Superior Court today where he pleads not guilty to the charges. Stockett is also facing charges for grand theft and theft from the elderly. He is set to be in court October 15th of this month to set a trial date for both of the theft charges.
