Not guilty is the plea in a Humboldt County Courtroom today for Trevor Bohn, James Oneil, Gregory Stephens, and Wyatt Williamson. The group has been charged on 11 felony counts stemming from a violent home invasion at a Fortuna apartment complex in late September. It sent five people to the hospital after they were assaulted with bear pepper spray… police reports suggest the group entered the home looking for stolen marijuana. Wednesday they appeared before Judge W. Bruce Watson to enter their pleas.
The suspects waived time and are not in custody for the crimes they are charged with, including four counts of assault with a caustic chemical, false imprisonment by violence, first-degree burglary, and conspiracy. They will be back in court in early December for an intervention hearing.
