ALEXANDER'S FATE NOW IN HANDS OF STATE BAR; District Attorney Waits to hear from State

Trial has wrapped for Del Norte County District Attorney Jon Alexander in the case against him from the State BAR Association. The BAR began investigating Alexander alleging he violated multiple professional conduct rules while serving in his current position as District Attorney. A representative from the state BAR tells News Channel 3 the court proceedings finished up Wednesday, but there's still some loose ends to tie up within the month. A judge will then have 90 days to decide Alexander's fate; he is facing disbarment as a consequence of the trial.
