FATAL HIT AND RUN COLLISION

A woman was killed by a hit and run driver last night on Klamath Blvd, just north of State Route 169.
It happened around 8:30. Yurok police and fire personnel found a 35-year-old woman lying in the middle of the street.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still investigating, but they believe the woman was either lying or walking in the road when the car hit her. The vehicle fled the scene. Police are looking for the vehicle and suspect
