EUREKA INN CHRISTMAS TREE PUT IN PLACE FOR HOLIDAY SEASON

A holiday tradition; the Christmas tree at the Eureka Inn is put in place today. But not before almost toppling a chandelier in the hotel lobby on the way up… Daman Kim’s trees put in a special order for it the 22-foot noble fir out of Salem, Oregon. Now that its’ been safely secured, hotel staff say this year’s decorating theme is red and gold. The fully decorated tree will be unveiled during “Arts Alive” in Eureka on December first from 7 to 9 pm. Santa will be making a stop at the unveiling celebration, during which the hotel is also collecting donations for Toys for Tots and Coats for Kids.
