ARCATA RESIDENTIAL FIRE: Major Smoke And Heat Damage
A residential fire in Arcata causes major smoke and heat damage. Fire officials responded around 4:20 this morning.
Smoke and fire was seen coming from a room on the second floor of the building, just above a detached garage.
It took an hour to fully extinguish the fire. No one was inside of the residence at the time.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
