Arcata Police are reporting that they responded to a panic alarm at Northern Redwood Federal Credit Union just before 3 Friday afternoon. They say a light skinned male adult brandished a black 9 millimeter or 45 calibur handgun and left the bank eastbound on Guintoli Lane. First descriptions put him at 6 feet tall wearing a grey/blue heavy jacket with a white undershirt, possibly with a moustache and gold tooth, black pants.
