The California Highway Patrol is seeking murder charges against 28-year-old Jason Warren of Hoopa for the hit and run accident that killed Suzanne Seamann in Freshwater in September. It requests charges of one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, one count of animal cruelty, three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of vehicle theft. The charges stem from the hit and run early morning September 27th.
