WILLOW CREEK BOY BORN ON DECEMBER 12 AT 12:12 P.M. TURNS 12

While birthdays are celebrated everyday, Colton Brown’s might be considered unique.
 
"I turned twelve at 12:12p.m.," he said.
 
That’s right, he was born on December 12 at 12:12p.m. and just turned 12.
 
"You know, I didn't even know,” said Summer Brown, Colton’s mother, regarding the coincidence of the time.
 
Summer said she didn't even pay attention what the time was when he was born, and it wasn’t until after her husband mentioned it, that she made the connection.

"He said, ‘Hey he was born at 12:12p.m. on 12/12,’” she said. “Then, after thinking about it we realized, since he was born in 2000 he would be 12."
 
Colton has two older siblings, a brother who goes to Trinity High School, and a sister at Chico State.
 
"She called me at 12:12p.m. and said 'what are you doing,'" he said.
 
This is what he was doing.
 
"We we're in the car when it turned 12:12p.m., and we got out and started running around screaming," he said.
 
Colton said this day is also special for another reason.
 

"It's pretty cool, it's the last repetitive day for the next 100 years or something," he said.
 
Colton said he’s celebrating his birthday with his family and friends, and will be in bed before 12:12a.m.
