GALLEGOS: CHP, SHERIFF'S REPORTS WILL BE REVIEWED, LIKELY NO COURT UNTIL JANUARY FOR WARREN
District Attorney Paul Gallegos says he will likely bring charges for the fatal hit and run and Hoopa homicide together, against 28-year-old Jason Warren. The Sheriff’s Office turned in the homicide report last month. The highway patrol turned in the hit and run report yesterday, seeking murder charges for the death of Suzanne Seamann who was killed in the crash.
What’s next now that he has both reports? Gallegos says they will be reviewed together, and then he will decide if any additional investigation is needed. He says if he believes there’s sufficient evidence he will bring charges against warren for both cases at once. Gallegos adds that if they do being charges against warren this month there will not likely be any court appearances until January… as there are some holiday concerns from the families involved in the case.
