CAMPBELL ARRAIGNMENT SET: For Second-Degree Murder Charges, Waterfront Drive Motorcycle Crash

Eureka, CA- Arraignment has been set for Mike Campbell, the man charged with 2nd degree murder and gross vehicular manslaughter for the motorcycle crash that killed Cara Banducci. The Attorney General’s office says that Thursday, evidence was presented to the judge which allowed to court to proceed with the case. The arraignment is set for December 28, at that time the defendant will be asked to enter a plea. Campbell was charged on August 10th for the accident. Campbell is currently out on bail.
