WHERE: On the corner of Washington School, between Chester and Dolbeer Street.

 
ADDITIONAL INFO:  Eureka is about the same size of community as Newton Conn. and Sandy Hook School is about the same size as Washington Elementry so I felt it was a good fit for a memorial.
