Another storm is bringing rain, wind and snow to the North Coast. Power outages have been reported in Eureka, Cutten, McKinleyville, Freshwater, Fickle Hill, and Arcata... Freshwater and Garfield schools are closed due to no power. For outage information go to www.pge.com
