COURT POSTPONED FOR BOHN, WILLIAMSON, O'NEILL, STEPHENS

 Further discovery by Fortuna police postpones court for the suspects in a violent home invasion attempt. Trevor Bohn, Wyatt Williamson, James O’Neill and Gregory Stephens were arrested for the crime in September that sent five people including an infant and toddler to the hospital after they were pepper sprayed. 11 felony charges were filed against the suspects by the district attorneys’ office in October, including assault with a caustic chemical, conspiracy, first degree burglary, and false imprisonment. Wednesday, the district attorneys office says they expect a Fortuna police report to be in their hands by Friday, containing more witness statements. Intervention for the suspects will be Friday afternoon, with their preliminary hearing on Monday.
