Eureka, Ca- Court has been continued for the four suspects in a violent home invasion in Fortuna, as police investigators bring more witness information to the district attorney’s office.
Trevor Bohn, James O’Neill, Wyatt Williamson, and Gregory Stephens have been charged with conspiracy, first-degree burglary, false imprisonment, and assault with a caustic chemical after they broke into an apartment to allegedly collect a marijuana debt; they pepper sprayed five people, hospitalizing an infant and toddler. The District Attorney’s office says court has been delayed to next week while attorneys review the new interviews with two juveniles from Fortuna police.
