Crescent city - A two-legged pit bull will be in the courtroom on Wednesday in Crescent City for the trial of his accused abusers.
This is London; his former owners shattered his front legs allegedly. They are Zachary Hinton and Sarah Anderson. At first authorities believed he had fallen out of a window, but witnesses say his previous owners had thrown him to the floor because he chewed on the couch. A rescue shelter in Washington later took him in, in august of last year. London has been unable to walk but can scoot his body around using his legs. Both Hinton and Anderson have pleaded not guilty to the animal cruelty charges. If convicted they will each face 3 years in prison and $20,000 dollars in fines.
