NO TRIAL FOR TREVOR BOHN: Judge to Rule on 3 Additional Suspects Friday

Trevor Bohn will not stand trial for the case against he and three other suspects, allegedly involved in a Fortuna home invasion. Bohn, along with fellow suspects James O’Neil, Wyatt Williamson, and Gregory Stephens were charged with eleven felony counts after a September incident involving bear pepper spray; at least 5 people were hospitalized from its effects. Today Judge Marilyn Miles ruled there was insufficient evidence against Bohn to hold the defendant over to trial. The Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office says the judge is expected to rule on the fate of the other three suspects in court tomorrow morning.
