BREAKING: HUMBOLDT COUNTY FAIR BOARD PRESIDENT RESIGNS

FERNDALE -- Humboldt County Fair Board president John Burger resigns his position effective immediately following Monday night's meeting over controversy surrounding the non-renewal of fair general manager Stuart Titus' contract.
 
Board member Don Becker also announces his resignation when his term is up in December, citing the need for the 21 member board to downsize.
