ARMED ROBBERY IN CRESCENT CITY

Crescent City Police has confirmed that the US Bank at 1020 3rd Street in Crescent City has been robbed. The suspect is on the loose. He is described as a white male wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and a black beanie.
It happened around 4pm this afternoon. The robber presented a note to the teller, and then lifted up his shirt and displayed a handgun in is waistband.
Crescent City Police, California Highway Patrol, and Sheriff’s Deputies are patrolling the area. Police say that the even the FBI is on their way to Crescent City.
