INTERACTIVE LIVE WEB CAM MEETING WITH COUNTY SUPERVISORS THURSDAY

humboldt county, ca- For the first time ever, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors will be holding a live interactive web conference.
This will allow participants in all five districts to discuss the fiscal year 2013-2014 annual budget. The community meeting is Thursday from 6 to 8pm at Hoopa High School, Ferndale High, Blue Lake Elementary, Southern Humboldt Unified, and at the Humboldt County Office of Education. County staff will give a presentation about revenues, expenses, and provide a 5-year forecast for the county’s finances.
County officials say the meeting is a chance for the community to interact on a greater scale, and provide input on the future of Humboldt County.
