TRINIDAD TO VOTE IN NEW CITY COUNCIL MEMBER ON WEDNESDAY

Trinidad, CA- The City of Trinidad has a tough decision to make. Who will fill former city council member Maria Bauman’s seat?
 The 2 candidates are Jim Baker and Jack West. The council will be choosing between the two, at tomorrow’s council meeting at 7pm.
Currently they only have 3-seated council members and in the end the city council will be making the final decision.
Mayor Julie Fulkerson says she is hoping for a unanimous vote from the council, and tells us it’s can be difficult to find good qualified people because they are a small community. But Mayor Fulkerson said both candidates are more than qualified.  
The meeting will be held at the Trinidad City Hall at 409 Trinity Street in Trinidad.
