HUMBOLDT COUNTY COLLECTIVE TO WAIT ONE MORE MONTH BEFORE COUNTY DECIDES THEIR FATE

Eureka, CA- A medical marijuana dispensary in Eureka will have to wait another month before the county makes a decision about the legality of their operating permit.
Today the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to extend county staff’s review process of the ‘Humboldt County Collective’ by one-month. Staff says they need the extra time for the accountants to review the collectives’ financial records.
They say they will have a draft of the report ready by March 18th.
This is the second extension they have asked for, and county staff says it will be the last.

Meanwhile the Humboldt County Collective continues to operate while the county decides their fate.
