The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office arrested 25-year-old Leon Bigleggins for allegedly murdering a 4-year-old. The child was staying with his grandmother when investigators say the abuse happened. Bigleggins is the grandmother's boyfriend. A funeral account has been set up for Dylan at Redwood Capital Bank.
