The former Samoa mill may be getting a second shot at life after all. Last week, Freshwater CEO Bob Simpson said he had an offer to sell off the plant's boiler. Essentially taking it offline for good. But now he tells us he received two more offers over the weekend. Those offers are to keep the plant open. News Channel 3s Matt Mendes has the story.
