After nearly a decade of debate, the future of Scotia is now known. Today the decision was made to make the town unincorporated within Humboldt County. There's been much debate over whether the city should be annexed to Rio Dell but that will not be the case. News Channel 3s Matt Mendes was there for today's decision.
