The person accused of murdering a homeless man in Humboldt County last year is in jail tonight. David Sanford was found dead last December on the banks of the Mad River... and now more than nine months later, U.S. Marshal's Office tracked down the suspect in the case in Arizona where he was arrested at a home in Phoenix.
