A crash in Covelo has sent two drivers to the hospital with major injuries. CHP reports Thursday afternoon, 22-year old Sophia Rabano of Covelo was driving her Honda Civic eastbound on Henderson Road. As she approached the intersection of Crawford Road, she allegedly drove through a stop sign. Her vehicle struck another vehicle driven by 71-year old Jon Miller of Freemont. Miller’s Ford pickup was forced into a power poll. Rabano’s car reportedly continued through a fence and struck a tree. The Laytonville CHP is still investigating the accident.
