EUREKA- The Eureka man accused of molesting a teenage male over the course of three years has plead not guilty in court. John Andrew Wiesendanger, 53, plead not guilty at an arraignment hearing Wednesday.
On December 13 a male victim came forward to the Arcata Police Department and reported being sexually assaulted over the period of three years. The Department launched an investigation on the report and arrested Wiesendanger. During the investigation police learned their was a second suspect that was connected to the case, Kathleen Conrad, 50, of Crescent City. Conrad allegedly dated Wiesendanger during the act.
Conrad has plead not guilty previously in court. Both will appear in court again on March 26th.
