Arcata Company recalls food products

ARCATA - An Arcata food manufacturer voluntarily has recalled several of its products after labeling issues.The California Department of Public Health says Hasta Be Pasta had varieties of pastas, spreads and wraps that didn’t have accurate labeling. Milk, soy and egg ingredients were left off. Some consumers have allergic reactions to those contents when ingested.

Anyone who has experienced an allergic reaction after eating these foods should consult a physician. Also, anyone observing these products being offered for sale is encouraged to call the Department of Public Health at: 800 495-3232.
