BLUE LAKE- The Blue Lake City Council will hold a public meeting on Thursday to discuss a proposed utility tax measure on the November ballot. The tax will show up as a four percent tax on residents PG&E bills.
City officials said it is needed to make up for lost revenue and can bring up to $40,000 into the city.
The meeting will take place at the Skinner Store also known as the Community Center behind City Hall at 7 p.m. Thursday.
