Yesterday we told you about three candidates vying for the Eureka City Manager position. That number has now been pared down to one.
The finalist is from out of the area and the city is still awaiting a background check. An official announcement could be made as soon as tomorrow. The search began after former city manager Bill Panos resigned in October to take a job with the Wyoming governor’s office.
