EUREKA- Police are taking a closer look at 28-year-old Vincent Sanchez, the man accused in the double homicide investigation in Eureka.  Sanchez has had run-ins with the law, but officials with the Eureka Police Department are still researching to see if Sanchez has committed any violent crimes in the past.

Sanchez was arrested last year for malicious mischief and vandalism for allegedly vandalizing law enforcement vehicles.  He has been convicted of two misdemeanor DUI’s, including one in 2007 and another in 2008.  He also was convicted for entering an inhabited dwelling with the intent to commit theft after breaking into the Ingomar Club and damaging property.
