EUREKA- The man charged with Wednesday's double homicide in Eureka has plead not guilty to all charges.
Vincent Sanchez appeared in court today. He has been charged with two counts of homicide and a special allegation of using a firearm. He is accused of fatally shooting his half brother, 25-year-old Lance Delbert Henry, and 60-year-old Richard Charles Storre, who owned and operated Freshwater Farms. Police say both victims had gunshot wounds to the head when police found them inside a home on Harris Street on Wednesday evening. Police are still investigating the motive. Sanchez will appear in court again on April 7th.
