OLD TOWN EUREKA - The Eureka Rescue Mission rolled out the red carpet with their annual Christmas dinner this afternoon in Old Town.
A traditional turkey dinner with the trimmings was served from noon to 3 and a full house enjoyed the meal. Officials say it is an annual event that is not just for those without a home but for anyone who is hungry and wants to enjoy some fellowship.
Because of the challenging weather, the mission was handing out clothing for those who needed it. All children who came to the event also received a specially wrapped gift.
