Executive Director of Friends of the Dunes to step down
SAMOA - A longtime executive director is stepping down after fifteen years of service to the community.
Carol Vander Meer who heads up the Friends of the Dunes has decided to step down and transition to a new role within the organization. She’ll focus more on special projects involving community outreach, education and building partnerships in the community. She will stay on for three months while working with the Dunes Board to ensure a smooth transition.
