A fallen soldier comes home
Eureka - A soldier who lost his life in Afghanistan has come home to his final resting place.
26-year old Christopher Mulalley, a sergeant in the US Army who was killed in Afghanistan last month has made it home. Family, friends and other soldiers escorted Mulalley’s body from Travis Air Force Base to Eureka arriving just before 7:30 pm Tuesday at Pierce Mortuary. Close to 100 people lined the street to pay their respects.
Sergeant Mulalley leaves behind a wife and two children as well as extended family.
