Family members searching for ‘At Risk’ missing Fortuna woman
FORTUNA- Family members of missing Fortuna woman, Danielle Nicole Brooks (a.k.a. Danielle Bertolini) were out searching the Fortuna area Thursday morning. Her parents, Jon Bertolini and Billie Jo Dick told us they are in need of the communities help. Her father, Jo Bertolini said, “There’s something wrong. There’s foul play. She would not go this long without getting a hold of her sister. No matter where she has ever been, I’ve always at least been able to have contract with her through her sister.”
When asked if they had a message for Danielle, her mother responded, “I love you Danielle, wherever you are. I love you, and you just need to come home or call to let us know that you’re still here with us.”
The 23-year old was reportedly last seen in Fortuna in the Campton Heights area over two weeks ago. Her mother told us her last contact with Danielle was January 29th. Danielle is considered “At Risk” due to medical issues.
Anyone who has information surrounding her disappearance is asked to call the Fortuna Police Department at 725-7550.
