Free wellness workshops for patients and care givers

From Aligning Forces Humboldt: 
A  FREE health workshop called "Our Pathways to Health” has upcoming start dates in June and July, which will be held in Eureka, Arcata, Willow Creek and Crescent City. These workshops are designed to help individuals with long term health conditions gain tools to manage their symptoms, learn to partner with their provider, and develop and achieve mini- goals in an encouraging and private group setting. The workshops are once a week for six consecutive weeks. Anyone living with a chronic health condition is encouraged to participate, as are family members and/or caregivers. Space is limited.
