Gas prices drop on the North Coast

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)- Gas prices are starting to drop just in time for the Memorial Day Weekend.

While prices have fallen a few cents since last week, prices are still over $4 a gallon here on the North Coast. Costco remains the lowest in Eureka at $3.95 a gallon.

According to GasBuddy, production is increasing which is pushing down gas prices on the west coast.But with the summer travel season approaching, experts say gas prices will likely rise again.
