Grow operation found near Arcata Elementary School
Arcata - Police are on the lookout for two individuals after shutting down an alleged grow operation near an elementary school.
On Wednesday, just before 2 pm, Arcata police served a search warrant on the 2200 block of Baldwin Street in Arcata near an Arcata Elementary School. Officers discovered a commercial indoor marijuana grow with evidence of sales along with 501 plants and 5 pounds of processed marijuana. Police have warrants out for the two residents: 33-year old Daryl Adam Durham and 28-year old Elysia Brooke Durham on charges of cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sales.
