EUREKA- The couple accused of illegally manufacturing hash oil that caused an explosion last month will go to trial in November.
Andrea Ruiz-Guerrero, 19 and Logan Hughes, 21 were both held to answer for one count of child endangerment for the explosion that landed their two-year old son in the hospital with severe burns.
Earlier this month Ruiz-Guerrero had a felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance dropped, but Thursday the District Attorney added another felony charge for being an accessory after the crime occurred. As for Hughes, he is still being held to answer on the two original charges of child endangerment and manufacturing a controlled substance.
Pre-trial for the couple is set for Oct. 1 and their trial is slated to being in November.
