Hospice of Humboldt offering free grief services
NORTH COAST - It’s something everyone experiences at one time or another…grief. Hospice of Humboldt is offering free grief support services for those in need.
Hospice has been serving the community and Hospice families for 35 years. The organization offers free drop-in grief support groups every week in Eureka at the Hospice facility, the Jacoby Storehouse in Arcata, and at Sequoia Springs in Fortuna.
Eureka: Wednesdays, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.; Fridays, 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.; Saturdays (Slipper Club – casual drop-in session), 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., all meetings at the hospice office, 2010 Myrtle Ave.
Arcata: Mondays, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Jacoby Storehouse, 791 Eighth St., fourth floor conference room.
Fortuna: Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Sequoia Springs, 2401 Redwood Way.
