Huffington Post lists Eureka as top travel destination for people in their 20s

Eureka is getting some attention from the Huffington Post.

The city was just named one of the twenty “awesome” cities people in their twenties should visit.

The online news source cites the Victorian architecture, historic Old Town and culture as reasons to visit. It also lists that Eureka is recognized as one of the best small art towns and has also been named the “best pot-smoking” city in the country by The Daily Beast.

The picture displayed in the article shows the Old Town gazebo during the holiday season.

Other cities near the West Coast that also made the list include Portland, Eugene and Seattle. For the full list visit http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/11/09/cities-to-visit-your-20s_n_4178993.html
