Humboldt County Courthouse murals to get restoration
Eureka - The Humboldt County Courthouse is getting restoration work on their murals. Today, crews began setting up scaffolding to begin to repair damage caused by past earthquakes. Both 4th and 5th street sides of the building will hold the scaffolding and some parking spots will be temporarily blocked to accommodate a large blue colored boom. The boom will also be in place to elevate workers during the restoration process.
The scaffolding is estimated to be up for about three months.
