Judge orders mental evaluation for Gary Bullock
EUREKA- The man accused of murdering a St. Bernard’s priest in January of 2014 appeared in court on Thursday.
Judge Feeney recently selected three out of area psychiatrists to give an opinion on Gary Bullock's mental state. The defense recently pled not guilty by reason of insanity. On Thursday, Judge Feeney announced the court will mail an order for that evaluation and the necessary diagnostic materials to the psychiatrists. There will be another chamber conference for Gary Bullock on April 2. A trial date has still not been set, but Judge Feeney expects it to be this fall.
