Double murder suspect Bodhi Tree will face a jury for the charges against him.
He pleaded not guilty again Wednesday in an arraignment hearing, after hearing testimony from witnesses and victims during the preliminary hearing for the case back in September.
Tree is the suspect in the shooting deaths of Christina Schwarz and Alan Marcet at a north Arcata home in May, and the alleged attempted murder of Rhett August in Eureka just a few days prior.
It’s a Capital case; Bodhi Tree faces the death penalty or life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted.
Jury trial is set to start in December.
