Man accused of double homicide in Eureka appears in court
EUREKA- The man who plead not guilty to murdering two people on Harris Street in Eureka in March appeared in court on Monday for a setting hearing.
Twenty-eight-year-old Vincent Sanchez is accused of killing two men, his half brother, 25-year-old Lance Delbert Henry, and 60-year-old Richard Charles Storre. He was also charged with a special allegation of using a firearm. Sanchez was in court on Monday but the judge said he would continue the setting hearing for a later date. He will appear in court again on May 21st.
